Summary

Muhammad Shahid is an experienced researcher with more than 08 years of cutting edge research and teaching experience in prestigious institutes including Tsinghua University China (ranked 14th in QS-2023), National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Pakistan (ranked 358th in QS-2023) and University of Engineering and Technology Lahore Pakistan. He has supervised and Co-supervised PhD, MS and undergraduate students in their dissertation. He has co-authored more than 28 research papers (406 Google Citations), including in leading international journals and peer-reviewed international conference proceedings. He has taught various courses both at Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) levels during his career. He is an invited reviewer for more than 30 world-leading high-impact journals. His main research interest includes Hydrological response under changing environment, Eco-hydrology, Climate Change, Urban Hydrology, Precipitation Estimation, Floods and Droughts.
